Joanna holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Organization and Management, Faculty of Economics, Finance, and Management, University of Szczecin. She specializes in project management and serves as the director and lecturer for the postgraduate program “Project Manager” at the University of Szczecin. With extensive experience as a project manager and consultant, her expertise focuses on financial management in projects.
She is the Program Manager of PM Student and Coordinator of the National Project Master Competition for the best thesis in project management. She holds certifications, including IPMA Level A (Certified Executive Trainer and Consultant in Project Management), IPMA Level B (Certified Senior Project Manager), PRINCE2 Foundation, and GPM-b™ (Certified Green Project Manager).
