Fernando Amadeu Alves Pinto is a professional with a solid academic background, including a degree in Law, a postgraduate degree in Public Management from the Instituto Superior de Gestão and training in Advanced Management in Energy (AMEG) from AESE Business School.
He has played prominent roles in several public institutions throughout his career, standing out as Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the National Entity for the Energy Sector E.P.E. (ENSE) from March 2023, in addition to having held key and management positions in organizations such as the National Entity for the Fuel Market (ENMC), Institute of Mobility and Transport (IMT), Food and Economic Safety Authority (ASAE), Directorate-General for Traffic (DGV), Directorate-General for Treasury and Finance (DGTF), General Inspectorate of Internal Administration (IGAI), among others. He was Chairman of the Board of the General Assembly of Centro Hospitalar do Médio Tejo, S. A. and Secretary of the Board of the General Assembly of Hospital de S. Bernardo, S.A. He was Mayor. Representative of ENSE at CCON – National Operational Coordination Center of ANEPC; Representative of ENSE – PoC – National Commission for Energy Emergency Planning and Head of ENSE’s Energy Operational Coordination Center.
In addition, he has contributed to legal publications, co-authored several legal works and actively participated in relevant conferences and seminars in his area of ​​expertise.
