Digital transformation is a process of organizational change in the strategic, operational, cultural, and human domains, driven by technological evolution and the concomitant major transformations in the demographic, environmental, social, cultural, economic, and political spheres.
These transformations, in turn, lead to profound changes in the composition of the workforce, in the very nature of work, and in the architecture and operational models of organizations, introducing new problems and challenges for leadership, such as:
• Leading teams in remote or hybrid work environments
• Leading teams in other high-tech or highly automated work environments
• Leading geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams
• Leading multigenerational teams
• Leading highly skilled transdisciplinary teams
This is a short-term program (26 contact hours) based on the Microcredential model, which aims to develop and accredit team leadership skills specifically applicable in digital transformation contexts.
