CONNECT: Leadership in Digital Transformation

Scientific Area

Sciences and Technologies

Leading in a digital context means leveraging the potential of technology to reinforce the essence of leadership: clarity of purpose, team engagement, and agility in action.

This program offers a practical approach focused on the real challenges faced by team leaders, using digital tools—such as artificial intelligence, collaborative platforms, or data analysis—to enhance the “moments that count”: setting a direction, monitoring performance, promoting development, cultivating trust, and making decisions in uncertain scenarios. In short, it integrates achieving results with more human and intentional leadership.

Across four practical missions, participants will develop concrete and transferable skills directly applicable to their professional context. Each mission will focus on a crucial moment in leadership practice, combining everyday challenges with the judicious use of technology, in a learning experience geared towards action, applicability, and continuous development.

Inspire the team around a clear and mobilizing purpose, and define and track objectives using frameworks such as OKRs (objectives and key results) and digital platforms that reinforce focus, autonomy, and transparency.
To monitor the performance and development of employees through practices such as continuous and constructive feedback, supported by digital tools that increase the frequency, personalization, and usefulness of these interactions.
To create an environment of psychological safety and active listening, enhancing empathy and presence through appropriate digital channels, even in remote or hybrid contexts.
Co-create personal development goals based on employees’ strengths, with the support of digital learning tools and emerging technologies such as AI-assisted coaching.
Desenvolver a capacidade de promover decisões autónomas e informadas na equipa, com o apoio de dados relevantes e ferramentas digitais, facilitando a análise estruturada de problemas e a criação de soluções colaborativas.
