The Postgraduate degree in Migration Law aims to provide knowledge in the field of migration, an international and complex phenomenon by nature, which calls for a multidisciplinary approach, but with a strong legal component.

In particular, the course aims to provide professionals with solid knowledge of the different and complex regulatory frameworks that regulate the various immigration pathways (workers, entrepreneurs, seasonal workers, highly qualified workers, investors, students, researchers, family reunification, cultural agents, transfer of workers within groups of companies, special regimes for certain categories), asylum and international protection, as well as the different legal statuses, enabling them to act more consistently and rigorously in this area.

Online course via Zoom. Students who do not have the material conditions (computer) to take the online course can attend in person at the Autónoma Academy facilities in Lisbon.

Provide professionals with solid knowledge of the different and complex regulatory frameworks that regulate the various immigration, asylum and international protection pathways.

Assessment: Attendance of 75% of classes and completion of a final written exam (lasting 3 hours) on the subjects taught and, possibly, an oral exam (for students who obtained a grade between 7 and 9 in the written exam or who wish to improve their grade).
