Scientific Area

Recent years have seen major changes in the context of international relations, which have had an impact on foreign policies and the way in which states seek to structure and harmonize them. The end of bipolar equilibrium and the new strategic design resulting from it, as well as the diverse consequences of the dynamics of globalization, have posed serious problems for international actors – states, international organizations, NGOs, and multinationals.
