As part of the fourth industrial revolution, digital technologies have been evolving at a very fast pace and are increasingly being used in most organizations. Big data, the internet of things, the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning are leading organizations to adopt solutions using appropriate tools, such as the Python programming language, R and others, which are applied in data science and also in business intelligence.

With this course, students acquire skills and knowledge in various areas such as data analysis, statistical models, machine learning, data mining, data visualization and data science project management. It also helps students to develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking and effective communication, creating the conditions for them to access career opportunities in this area, which has a wide offer in the job market.
