Autónoma Academy and Universidad de Extremadura present this joint post-graduation program in English as part of the agreement between the two Universities.
This Postgraduate Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation aims to prepare professionals and students to act strategically in the creation, development and management of innovative businesses. At a time of rapid technological changes, shifting consumption models and increasing global competitiveness, entrepreneurship is no longer just a career alternative; it has become an essential element for sustainable development, value generation and organisational differentiation.
This program has been designed to meet the growing demand for leaders who can identify opportunities, propose creative solutions and implement innovative business models. By joining theory and practice, the post-graduation provides participants with a solid background, grounded in the latest trends and tools of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including design thinking, business modelling, open innovation, sustainability and agile management.
The program also considers the importance of social entrepreneurship, startups and intra-entrepreneurship in large organisations, promoting a broad and contemporary perspective on the various ways to innovate. Aimed at professionals from different areas, the program fosters critical thinking, a proactive attitude and the ability to lead projects that have a positive impact on the market and society.
The Post-graduation in Entrepreneurship and Innovation aims to empower participants to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to design, implement and manage innovative projects with market and societal impact.
This program is aimed at professionals from different fields who wish to acquire skills in entrepreneurship and innovation, either to create their own businesses, develop innovative projects within existing organisations or act in entrepreneurial ecosystems as consultants, managers or investors. It is especially suitable for managers, engineers, economists, professionals in health, technology, communication, and social sciences, among others, who seek to broaden their strategic and entrepreneurial vision.
It is also suitable for recent graduates who intend to advance their careers through practical, action-oriented training, as well as for entrepreneurs who want to update their knowledge, structure their projects and expand their networks.
